Complete 1 goal at a time

Having trouble trying to stay on mark with Health Goals? One of the biggest problems with creating or setting goals are trying to do to many things at one time. When you see some one else doing what you wish you could just remember, they didn’t start out with 6 goals at one time. Then again maybe they did and realized it just wouldn’t work. Just remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Learning to create or set Healthy goals Doesn’t come easy to most people. Most people are used to eating a lot of fast food and using the excuse I’m always on the run or just to busy.

When first starting out with our first healthy goal we feel invincible only to fall quick. If you focus on just one Goal at a time, your chances are greater that you will be successful. Try creating or setting your first Goal to eating healthier. That means less fast food and more Healthier food. Fruits and vegetables are a great way to start. Just because it’s fruits and Vegetables doesn’t mean you have to eat yucky food. There are quite a few healthy meals that have fruits and vegetables and are very Healthy.

Are there any good cookbooks to help with healthy meals

Don’t know how to cook? They have quite a few good recipe books out there. It’s really not that hard to follow directions from a cook book. Start out with simple little meals which consist one entree and maybe two canned vegetables, it can be that simple. For an entree it can be a couple pieces of seasoned baked chicken, smothered chicken onion and bell pepper, seasoned baked pork chops, couple smothered pork chops with onion and bell pepper, you get the idea. They have plenty enough cook books on line with videos to go with them for everyone. If eating out is your thing try going to a Healthy food restaurant. There many of them out there too. I know how to cook, I come from a cooking madness family.

Frustration usually sets in after the first week. By sticking to one goal at a time actually improves not just your chances of succeeding but helps keep your motivation in check. Let your past and present memory be your guide. If you have ever tried juggling more than one project at a time along with taking care of a family, you know just how hard it can be. Some times you succeed and some times you don’t but never give up. Try looking at creating or setting one goal at a time in that way. Learning how to juggle more than one project at a time takes practice. Remember that when you get frustrated with yourself when something doesn’t go right.

If you can follow the number one rule in creating or setting goals, then you should be able to succeed. Don’t get frustrated the first time around. Most people fail on their first attempt. If you do fail in your first attempt, just start again only figure out what happened. Was it to hard of a goal to start with? Did you put aside time for working at your goal? If there’s one thing we all know and that is, there is always a reason we fail at a task. Just remember , defeat is not an option when it comes to you or your Families Health.
